The patient was injected non-ionic contrast material via a cannula through external opening in the left groin.
After injection parts of sigmoid colon and distal descending colon were opacified.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings demonstrate communication between external opening and sigmoid colon consistent with a colocutaneous fistula.
