Colon adenocarcinoma

Marked irregular wall thickening was seen in ascending colon and hepatic flexure of colon, accompanied by stranding of pericolic fat. A few small lymph nodes are seen in pericolic region.
A little free fluid in the cul de sac.
A 22 mm cyst with a smooth and thin wall, sharp and distinct margination, and a homogenous water density was seen in 8th segment of liver.
Case Discussion
Colonic mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma, with small regional lymphadenopathies.
Colorectal cancers can be found anywhere from the cecum to the rectum. The cecum and ascending colon are involved in approxmiately 20% of cases.
