Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration at the hepatic flexure of the colon, accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and a few small regional enlarged lymph nodes. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures.
Case Discussion
Colon mass (pathology proven adenocarcinoma) with mildly enlarged regional lymph nodes.
Colorectal cancers can be found anywhere from the cecum to the rectum. The cecum and ascending colon are involved in approximately 20% of cases.
