Presentation
Abdominal pain and chronic constipation.
Patient Data

Marked increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the ascending segment and hepatic flexure of the colon, measuring about 15 cm in length. Additionally, pericolic fat stranding and several regional lymphadenopathy are noted with SAD less than 15 mm. The mass causes a partial obstruction with proximal dilatation and oral contrast media stasis. There is no sign of local invasion of the adjacent structures.
Several thin walled nonenhanced cysts are seen in the liver less than 28 mm.
A few nonenhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 25 mm. In addition, a 35 mm parapelvic cyst is noted in the left kidney.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Colonic mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathy.
No local invasion; No detectable metastasis.
