Presentation

Lower gastrointestinal bleeding.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

CT abdomen and pelvis

Computed tomography demonstrates a marked concentric wall thickening of the ascending colon. Multiple mesenteric and omental lymphadenopathies were observed. Multiple irregular hypodense liver lesions are visualized too.
