Recurrent attacks of abdominal pain and constipation

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Irregular mural thickening of the ascending colon associated with extensive stranding of the pericolic fat. A small subsegment IVb hypodense hepatic focal lesion. Esophgeal duplication cyst.

Case Discussion

Histopathology revealed colonic adenocarcinoma. The patient had past history of inflammatory bowel disease.
