Unusual finding of contrast filled colon (left) anastomosed between the upper esophagus and stomach via the diaphragmatic hiatus - diaphragm intact.
Case Discussion
This procedure is now rarely performed (gastric pull up - Ivor Lewis procedure is preferred) usually for malignancy or corrosive ingestion.
