Presentation

6 cm likely ulcerated submucosal lesion at hepatic flexure of colon? lipoma/leiomyoma, unlikely colon carcinoma/ polyp, biopsied.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
ct

6cm purely fatty non obstructing mass in the hepatic flexure.

Fatty liver.

Large simple right renal cyst.  Gallstones.

Colonic diverticulosis.

Hiatus hernia.
