CT shows large pedunculated polypoid filling defect with lobulated margins in the ascending colon. There is mild retraction at the medial colonic wall with small pericolic lymph nodes.
Finding suggestive with a pedunculated colon polyp.
Case Discussion
This is a pathologically proven case of a hyperplastic colonic polyp.
