Sigmoidal Tree

Polypoid lesion in the proximal sigmoid found during CT colonography in a patient with a positive iFOBT test. Diameter of the polyp is 34 mm, narrow stalk. The image shown is a filling defect in the  the residual tagged fluid in the sigmoid caused by the tree-shaped polyp. Additional endoscopic examination was advised.

The picture shown is an enlarged image of the sigmoid and was taken directly from the Barco screen with an iPhone 6s.
