Ascending colon mass is seen with endophytic growth with locoregional mesenteric nodal enlargement. It is partially obstructing its lumen.

Multiple hypoenhancing liver lesions on portovenous phase, largest in left lobe segment 2, suggestive of hepatic metastases.

Uncomplicated diverticulosis.

Mildly enlarged prostate.

Case Discussion

Colorectal cancer with nodal and hepatic metastases. Scans through the lungs (not shown) revealed pulmonary nodules in keeping with pulmonary metastases. 

According to Dukes staging system, the presence of widespread metastases is stage D.
