Caecum dilation with faecal impaction secondary to a mass-like lesion in the hepatic curve is seen. Regional mesenteric lymphadenopathy is also present. These findings are suspicious for colon cancer. There is a hypodense lesion in cardia which is suspicious for lipoma.
Case Discussion
The mass-like lesion in the hepatic flexure obstructs the transition of faeces and makes faecaloma. The pathology confirms colon adenocarcinoma.
