Irregular margin mural-mucosal circumferential wall thickening with thickness up to 16 mm in rectosigmoid junction and proximal rectum, extending into the perirectal fat in some parts with multiple lymph nodes with SAD up to 10 mm in related pericolic and perirectal fat.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the contrast-enhanced MDCT of pathology-proved rectosigmoid and rectum adenocarcinoma. The management of the colorectal adenocarcinoma is based on clinical and imaging TNM staging of the tumor.
