Rectosigmoid arterially enhancing neoplastic growth confined to intramural segment is seen with couple of pericolic lymph nodes. No mesenteric or abdominal deposits. No distant spread.
Case Discussion
An early pick of a rectosigmoid neoplasm confined to the lumen without any serosal breach. This is a good young candidate for tumor resection.
