Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

A large rectal mass is seen with ulceration and perirectal soft tissue nodules.

Multiple air-bubbles are noted in the urinary bladder, the patient denied having been catherised.

On delayed phase, a tiny fistula is seen connecting the bladder to the wall of the mass. it is better visualized on sagittal thin section MIP images.

The most common causes of colovesical fistula are diverticulitis and colorectal carcinoma.
