Two selected images demonstrate a colorectal intussusception. On the coronal image, an excellent pelvic target sign is seen, with central compressed mucosa, surrounded by mesenteric fat and vessels contained with the dilated outer double layer of the bowel wall.

Colorectal intussusception with the lead point confirmed to be a colorectal adenocarcinoma.
