Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

The sigmoid colon (intussusceptum) is protruding into the rectum (intussuscipiens) where a heterogeneous enhancement is seen suggestive of an underlying mass which is acting as a leading point.

Case Discussion

Intussusception in adult population is usually secondary to underlying mass lesion.
