The grey scale image shows an echogenic focus dependent in the urinary bladder, showing clear posterior acoustic shadowing. Also, the prostate gland is enlarged and indenting the base of the urinary bladder.
On the color Doppler image, there is an area of turbulent flow-like shadow, emanating from the focus.

Color comet tail artifact is the result of the ultrasonic Doppler waves facing a highly reflective object, which in this case is a stone.
