Hand trauma in a motorcycle accident. Hand radiographs didn't show abnormalities.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Intraosseous hematomas and discrete, transverse hypointense lines in both the scaphoid and the hamate bones. The triquetrum also has a small proximal bone bruise.
