Combined volar and dorsal fracture pattern of the triquetrum

1) Anteriorposterior radiograph of the right wrist demonstrates subtle vertical lucency through the body of triquetrum.
2) Oblique view (pronation) demonstrates three bone fragments. The larger superior fragment at the dorsal aspect of triquetrum is minimally displaced. Two small fragments are displaced inferiorly, one overlapped the triquetrum (dorsal) and the other inferior to the triquetrum (volar).
3) Lateral view demonstrated a displaced bone fragment dorsal to the triquetrum.
4) Oblique view (supination) demonstrate a volar bone fragment at the inferior margin of the pisiform.
