Presentation

A known case of lung carcinoma, for CT scan staging.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A hepatosplenomesenteric trunk is noted (the hepatosplenic and superior mesenteric arteries having a common origin from the aorta).

The left gastric artery is directly originating from the aorta. 

Case Discussion

A patient with right lung cancer, stage IV with an incidental finding of the hepatospleno-mesenteric trunk.
