Patient Data
Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
From the case:
Common hepatic artery anatomic variant - replaced from aorta
C+ arterial phase

The common hepatic artery arises directly from the aorta rather than as a branch of the celiac trunk.
Case Discussion
As an anatomical variant, the common hepatic artery may arise from the abdominal aorta or superior mesenteric artery, and all or part of the right and left hepatic arteries may arise from (be replaced by) other vessels.
