- Multiple wall inhomogeneities caused by atherosclerotic plaques buildup in the infrarenal aorta.
- Both common iliac arteries also demonstrate irregular signals, on the right a short (about 10 mm long) significant (60-70%) luminal narrowing is visible.
- Distal arteries retain normal luminal signal on both sides.
