Complete corpus callosum agenesis

The corpus callosum is completely absent as well as the cingulate sulcus, dilatation with a parallel configuration of the lateral ventricles, narrow frontal horns and dilated high riding 3rd ventricle.
Note hypotelorism with a triangular shape of the forehead most likely due to a premature fusion of the metopic suture (trigonocephaly).
