There is complete callosal agenesis
Also noted is a large dorsal interhemispheric cyst communicating with a high riding 3rd ventricle.
Case Discussion
Callosal agenesis is a misnomer and should be called commisural agenesis as corpus callosum abnormalities are only part of the disorder in most cases.
