Bulky uterus. No intra or extra-uterine gestational sac is seen. An intrauterine mass with multiple cystic spaces having a bunch of grapes appearance is noted. No suspicious adnexal pathology is seen.

Case Discussion
Beta-hCG = 471478 mIU/ml.
The patient underwent an uneventful D&C (dilatation and curettage) and was discharged in a stable condition with an instruction of 6 months contraception.
