Presentation

30 years old pregnant with lower abdominal pain, referred from OB/GYN department, LMP 8 weeks ago with B-HCG level at 28,000.

ultrasound

Intrauterine irregular shape mass is seen heterogeneously iso-to-hyperechoic with echogenic foci and few cysts seen in the lower uterine part of the lesion, the lesion causes minimal posterior enhancement, with ill-definition of the endometrium-myometrium transitional zone. Markedly increased vascularity was observed. Intrauterine fluid was also seen.
