Presentation

Amenorrhea. B-HCG value 112514 mIU/mL (non-pregnant <4 mIU/mL).

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Pelvis

ultrasound

The uterus is mildly enlarged with an intrauterine ovoid mass centered on the anterior uterine wall endometrium with heterogeneous iso-to-hyperechoic texture and intrasubstance cysts. Ill-definition of the endometrium-myometrium transitional zone with some vascularity observed.

Intrauterine fluid.

Both ovaries were normal in size with no theca lutein cysts (not shown).
