Presentation

Primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

The uterus is moderately enlarged anteverted with two uterine cavities separated by a thick septum of low T2 signal intensity, extending up to the cervix, with flat surface of the fundus.

both ovaries appear normal with small follicles.
