Shoulder pain and limited movement of uprising the arm

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Complete tear of the supraspintus tendon which is retracted medially uncovering the humeral head with subacronial bursal fluid collection. No fatty changes of the muscle could be detected.
