Complete tracheal rings

Case contributed by Dr Andrew Dixon

3 month old girl with previous pulmonary artery sling repair.

There is a short segment stenosis of the distal trachea. The main bronchi are near horizontal in orientation (near inverted T-shape).  Findings suggest the presence of complete tracheal rings, which are commonly associated with pulmonary artery sling.
