Gender: Male

Severe comminuted fracture of the proximal tibial diaphysis, metaphysis and epiphysis with lipohemarthrosis and a butterfly fragment. Posterior displacement of the distal fragment. Avulsion fracture of the fibular head and oblique fracture of the proximal fibular diaphysis.
