Patient had to be scanned with a 90° long arm cast, therefore slightly atypical planes.
Complex injury involving osseous (posterior capitulum and radial head infractures), capsuloligamentous (anterior, medial and lateral capsule with respective collateral ligament ruptures), and myotendinous (complete avulsion of the flexor and partial rupture of the extensor origins at the medial and lateral epicondyles, brachialis muscle fibre tear) components of the joint.
