Case Discussion
Nissen fundoplication is an antireflux surgery used for resistant cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Long and tight fundoplication is a complication of Nissen operation and the cause for patient's achalasia-like symptoms. Normal fundoplication measures no more than 2 cm in length.
