Presentation
Snoring and mouth breathing during sleep.
Patient Data

Sizeable left-sided concha bullosa with partial opacification with retained secretions. It is seen occupying and distending the left nasal cavity with consequent marked right-sided nasal septum deviation and left ostiomeatal complex obstruction.
Mild mucosal thickening and retained secretions of both maxillary and frontal sinuses as well as ethmoid air cells.
Case Discussion
Concha bullosa is pneumatisation of middle turbinate, which is a normal variant. In large-size unilateral presentation, It can lead to nasal septum deviation and ostiomeatal complex obstruction as in this case.
