Case Discussion
Middle concha is a bone process situated inferior and medial to the ethmoid air cells. When pneumatized, it is a called concha bullosa. Pneumatization may happen anteriorly and posteriorly. When anterior, it becomes more liable to mucocele. Pneumatized middle concha is liable to the same inflammatory disorders that affect the paranasal sinuses.
