No pulmonary embolism identified.
Congenital absence of the left main pulmonary artery with an associated right aortic arch is evident.
The pulmonary arterial supply to the left lung would appear to be through multiple small systemic collaterals extending towards the left hilum, best seen from the left internal mammary artery, bronchial and left subclavian arteries.
Case Discussion
Incidental finding of congenital absence of the left main pulmonary artery.
