Presentation
Projectile vomiting ? pyloric stenosis.
Patient Data
Age: Neonate
From the case:
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
Longitudinal

The pylorus was normal in size and configuration. Both adrenal glands are elongated with a cerebriform pattern, most suggestive of congenital adrenal hyperplasia. The rest of abdominal ultrasound was normal - images not shown.
Case Discussion
This demonstrates the importance of a general abdominal ultrasound examination particularly in infants and younger children. It is not infrequently that we demonstrate other unsuspected aetilogies for the child's symptoms or presentation.
