Congenital cataract

Both lens are thickened and echogenic consistent with cataract. Both anterior and posterior chambers are normal. No retinal detachment.
Case Discussion
This was a case of antenatal dignosis of trisomy 21 and congenital cataracts. Ultrasound was requested to exclude any other abnormality in the posterior chamber.
