Multiple well defined small calcification at bilateral cerebral periventricular region, which shows hyperinentse signal on T1w images and blooming on SWI images.
Abnormal cortical gyri with polymicrogyria.
Mild to moderate dilatation of both the lateral ventricles.
Diffuse white matter T2w hyperinentse signal.
Small cystic area at right basal ganglia.
findings most likely represents congenital infective insult such as congenital cytomegalovirus.
