Multiple well defined small calcification at bilateral cerebral periventricular region, which shows hyperintense signal on T1w images and blooming on SWI images.
Abnormal cortical gyri with polymicrogyria.
Mild to moderate dilatation of both the lateral ventricles.
Diffuse white matter T2w hyperintense signal.
Small cystic area at right basal ganglia.
Case Discussion
Findings most likely represent congenital infective insult such as congenital cytomegalovirus.
