ET tube in situ with the tip in the right main bronchus and asociated right upper lobe collapse. Nasoenteric tube is in situ with tip projected over the stomach, which appears to lie in the left upper quadrant. Herniation of bowel loops into the left thoracic cavity with associated mediastinal shift to the right consistent with Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).
Case Discussion
Referring team was informed about the malpositioned ET tube. Patient subsequently had surgery and is doing well.
