multiple fluid-filled structures are noted on the right side of the thorax with a mediastinal shift to the left side
paucity of bowel loops within the abdomen with a decreased abdominal circumference
severe hypoplasia of the right lung with decreased total lung volumetry for the gestational age
the left lung is unremarkable

Right-sided congenital diaphragmatic hernia containing small bowel, right colon, and a small portion of the right lobe of the liver.
