G3P2 at 20 weeks of gestation.

The fetal biometry is at 20 weeks + 4 days.
There is a posterior defect of the left hemidiaphragm with intrathoracic herniation of the stomach (the stomach and heart at the same level on transverse section). The heart is displaced to the right.
No other fetal anomalies were seen.
