Congenital high airways obstruction syndrome

Ultrasound shows nearly absent liquor; a single umbilical artery and an umbilical cord cyst. Both lungs are echogenic compressing heart along with flat/inverted hemidiaphragm and dilated trachea - main bronchi. There is a cyst involving the umbilical cord.
Fetal growth corresponds to 18 wks (biometry not uploaded).
Case Discussion
Primigravida female presents with history of leaking per vaginum for last 2 days. Ultrasound shows nearly absent liquor. Echogenic both lungs compressing heart, flat / inverted hemidiaphragms and dilated trachea - main bronchi favor diagnosis of congenital high airway obstruction.
