Congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis

There is increased thickness of pylorus measuring 4mm of single muscle layer. Pyloric transverse diameter is increased and measures 28mm against normal < 13mm.
Case Discussion
This case presented with classical symptoms and hypertrophic pyloric stenosis was clinically suspected. On physical examination a mass was palpated in the epigastrium and peristaltic waves seen.
