There is tapering end of left ureter with severe tortuous dilated left ureter along its entire course and severe dilatation of pelvicalyceal system of left kidney.
Case Discussion
The crowded, enlarged calyces and pelvis of the kidney denote severe hydronephrosis.
Tapering end left ureter with severe proximal hydroureteronephrosis, suggestive of abnormal ureterovesicular junction narrowing or stenosis.
