Bilateral flexion deformity at the proximal interphalangeal joint of the 3rd finger. Bilateral flexion deformity at the interphalangeal joint of thumb finger (clasped thumb).
Case Discussion
These congenital deformities can present as isolated deformities, as part of congenital ulnar drift (CUD) of the hand, or associated with congenital syndromes like Freeman-Sheldon syndrome or arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.
