There is an obvious abnormality of the mid right clavicle. There is clear separation of the proximal and medial components of the clavicle in the mid shaft. The clavicular edges are well delineated. There is no bridging bone or callus formation. Appearances are most suggestive of congenital pseudoarthrosis of the clavicle.
Case Discussion
There was no history of birth or after birth trauma in this child. The well delineated edges are most suggestive of a longstanding condition, most likely congenital pseudoarthrosis in this case 1.
