Respiratory distress.

Patient Data

Age: 3 months
Gender: Male
  • macrocytic lesions surrounded by smaller microcysts involving the right upper lobe

  • there is a mild mass effect with the right-to-left mediastinal shift

  • no soft tissue component or abnormal vasculature suggestive of pulmonary sequestration
